Good-bye Mother N.
When our choices are chosen and our forests in flame,
When our seas have submerged our homes and our names,
When our glaciers are gone and our praries paved,
Maybe we'll realize the mess that we've made.
We'll see that our actions were wrong at last,
and we'll notice that decisions were made too fast,
When death walks beside us and leads to our grave
We'll know that our planet can not be saved.
