Lost in the Run Away
I’d like to see the world without dark pages.
The sunset in your words.
The stars in the spaces.
A cloud not in sight, the moon big and bright.
I’d like to see the world without shark faces.
The happiness all around.
The joy shooting from the sky.
A smile across your cheeks, only to last for weeks.
I’d like to see the world with warm blood in the hearts.
My words start to stumble.
My mind’s in a crumble.
The rain has just began.
The race, has been ran.
I’d like to see the world with nothing but what it’s got.
Because what you’ve got is great.
And what you don’t, well that’s great too.
