Lips_
A rose bud,
Opening and closing.
Emitting streams of words
That gush and flow together.
The flower is the conduit to speech.
But roses often have thorns.
Thorns that prick at you,
Dig scratches in your confidence.
Roses also mean love.
Lips like roses.
Roses like lips.
Flowers that talk, bite, and kiss.
Use them however you wish,
But roses always have thorns.
