The Wolves
The huge family of wolves-the pack
Made of mostly the colors of white, cream and black.
An equal family of beautiful creatures, big and small
Doesn’t that remind you of us all?
They travel great distances to look for a place called home
Making traces of them known wherever they roam
Communicating every second, howling for a call.
Doesn’t that remind you of us all?
Settling disputes and making decisions
Taking care and searching of all their provisions
The dangers and grieves they forestall
Doesn’t that remind you of us all?
When they find their home they run for joy
As all celebrate-all the hoi polloi.
For now they have destroyed the challenging wall
Doesn’t that remind you of us all?
