My Firist Day of High School
September 26, 2010
It is my first day of high school.
I have been anticipating this day all summer.
I am excited and nervous.
Will I fit in and find my niche,
or will I be the odd one out?
As I roam the halls,
going from class to class,
I smile at the other girls.
At lunch I sit down next to my friend.
Maybe tomorrow I will sit somewhere else.
As I continue on with my day,
I find that I like this school.
I have bright hopes for the future,
And I know I will make some lasting memories.
