Vampires
They flit and flirt around the town
All dressed up in bright red gowns.
Surreal creatures of the night.
Longing for a promiscuous bite
I met them one dark Halloween
The looming moon sets the seen.
As she leaned over to bite my neck
I jumped back and started to fret.
Dazzled by the beauty in her eyes,
I breathed in deeply and let out a sigh.
And then she left confusion in her stare.
As if she had changed and started to care.
We did meet again, a night I’ll always remember
That cold dark day late in September,
We talked and kissed, hugged and cuddled.
I'm sure we both left in a really big muddle.
Those special moments I’ll hold forever in my heart,
And I know theses feelings will always last
