Under the skin
Walk some miles in my shoes
 Go on, I dare ya
 It's not easy being me
No matter what they tell ya
I travel far, high and wide,
 You'll never see me twice
The world is mighty big and all,
 But none of it's suffice
Being in my head so long
 No walk in Central Park
Thought all I said was dead and gone
I'm now left in the dark
Under the skin, beneath my shell
 I'm a soulless witch
Outside my core, my lips and more
 My heart won't even twitch
They say lost causes are always searched
 They turn away from me
Stay a while, check out my style
 And then you will see
