Just Because...
Just because you don’t tell me,
Doesn’t mean I don’t know
Just because you choose to hide it,
Doesn’t mean it doesn’t show
Just because you keep me ignorant
Doesn’t mean I am
Just because you don’t talk
Doesn’t mean I don’t understand
Just because you try to keep me protected
Doesn’t mean I can’t be hurt
Just because you give me shelter
Doesn’t mean I haven’t met with dirt
Just because you act smart
Doesn’t mean I can’t catch your bluff
Just because you sugarcoat life
Doesn’t mean I think it’s all fluff
Just because you’ve got on a mask
Doesn’t mean I don’t know who you are
Just because you hide from me
Doesn’t mean I won’t see you from afar
Just because you keep secrets
Doesn’t mean I won’t find out
Just because you’re living a lie
Doesn’t mean I don’t know you inside out…

Thanks a lot :)
I had actually started with the idea of how my parents think I'm ignorant and don't tell me stuff, but I think it took a pretty good direction... :)
