That one guy
I look back at my past,
That went really fast,
I sit and think why couldn’t we last?
And I try not to cry,
As the time goes by,
What happened to that guy?
He could have had me as his wife,
Instead of erasing me from his life,
Thoughts of him cut me into pieces like a knife,
Now he’s all I think about in spite,
Maybe he’s not worth the fight.
Why am I still holding on so tight?
