Never Forgotten
I see you.
Smile.
My ruby, red heart
Spirals.
I can never see it
Anymore.
Perfect hair.
Jokes.
Fresh personality.
Like rain
On a sunny day,
So warm.
So inviting.
Everyone wants to
See.
BAM!
Phone rings.
I never wanted to hear it.
Flashbacks.
They fluttered
And
Filled my mind.
Why?
Just, why?
Picking raspberries
Great house.
So comfy.
So relaxing.
I would spend hours there
I loved
Your company.
Sapphire rings,
Hummingbird items.
Just reminders
Of
You.
Like a lion.
You loved
You protected.
You never wanted to break anyone’s
Heart.
You did
Only once,
It was Mother Nature’s fault.
January 17th
Never forgotten.
Water runs down my face.
Good tears?
Bad tears?
Not sure.
Reminiscing good times,
Or remembering bad
Of when you left.
Either way,
I love you.
Always
And
Forever.
