Stars
A clear, cold night.
Sitting in the middle console
Of your truck
My head on your shoulder.
One hand on the steering wheel
And one hand entwined with mine
One hand playing with radio
stations
One hand hold yours.
I whisper in your ear,
And all you can do it smile.
Kisses at all the Red Lights.
Goodbyes that last for fifteen minutes,
But still go to bed
Sad, with tears in our eyes.
You are everything to me.
And the best thing is
I know I am everything to you too.
