Armor for the Heart
She's in the middle of an internal war, has she won any battles?
Love is a battle field. That is well known, but is her armor broken? Is this girl stuck in a broken suit of armor, struggling to free herself?
Is she still fighting?
Or has she been freed, and she is looking back on the past, to that battlefield, and missing the war?
We might never know, because this girl is always putting up shields, picking that armor back up again.
This girl was wounded in the war, and though there will always be scars, she is not paralyzed.
She must let down her guards, and allow the lost battles and the past to go with them.
She wants to hold onto the past, but her battleship has sunk. Even though her armor is still broken, her heart has been freed.
