Love Me
If you were in love with me
I would walk beside you as your conjoined twin
Our bodies would tremble
with the weight of our heavy thoughts
(dwelling on the other)
and our fingertips, charged with hot live wired energy
would ZAP when brushed
We wouldn't
STOP
at embraces
We would be eternity
melting like delicous choclate divinity on our tongues
(I imagine you would taste like candied baklava and souvlaki)
I must wait to see you in my vivid imaginitive dreams
(You look at me there)
My thoughts whisper
I would lean on you
and spill rhinestones onto your shoulder.
But only if you loved me.
