Rejection
The days when we would go to the park
The times you would say I was the one to hold your heart
All stripped away when you tore us apart
You told me I was special from the start
Now I stand alone to wonder throughout the dark
You would always be there to hold me up
Yet you were the one who had tore me down
Now I lay her after you beat me around
Unable to move I'm lost in the sound
The words you said threw me to the ground
"I don't love you anymore"
You slammed the door
You have shook me to the core
I lay here right on the floor
I lay here feeling so sore
Unable to move anywhere
I just lay her and stare
Unable to comprehend
Thinking of what could have been
Knowing your decision won't change
So I guess, this is the end
