That Story that Lies Inside my Head Untouched
Every time I see you,
It is like the glimpse of a rainbow
In a black and white world.
Is there a way to replicate
Such simplicity in
What endless things you gab about,
How beautiful you are inside and out
But that doesn’t amount to what
I want to know about you.
You’re like the new story I’m dying to read.
But with how thick the wall is between us
The thread of caring seems to break
I seem to always get the longer end.
I feel kind of sick
A little dyslexic,
So our desires were left behind...
Welcome to the story of my life.
