It's Not Me It's You
Alone
 I stare out the window
A single tear slides down my cheek
 You ask what's wrong
All I can say is nothing.
 Nothing at all
 Don't worry about me
 I'm fine
 But I'm lieing
You see it in my eyes
 What you don't see
Is that what's wrong here is you
 You've changed
You were wonderful and full of life
You were the reason I smiled
The reason I could be happy
 But now
 You've changed
 You don't even acknowledge me
 Unless something is wrong
 Well it's you
You; sucking the life from me
Pulling me into this black hole
 That you have created.
All I want is to be free again
Free to live and feel joy
 Free to be me
 But according to you
 There's something wrong about me
 You say you love me
But not the things I do
 Well hear this
The things I do are part of me
The parts that make me whole
 That make me me
 But you don't see
With you everything I do is wrong
 Everything a pain
I'm just a pest to you
Yet you won't let me go
It's like you caught me in a butterfly net
 Only I'm not a butterfly
All you see is this moth
