To Woe
To woe the man
Who sees naught but his diamond structure
As he stares into a crooked golden mirrior
His trophy in his arms only an object to display
The prizes soft smile but just for show.
To woe the man
Who fights fire with fire
For scarlet flames only consume
You need water to douse heat so blistering
To woe the man
Who speaks lies behind perfect, twisted, teeth.
Eyes that glitter without innocence
To woe the man
Who sees only grey.
To woe the man
To woe.
