fly, butterfly.
see i've been trying to get at the heart
of the matter and seems that my thoughts are
scattered..
but i think it's about forgiveness
even [when] you don't love [yourself].

it's crazy how beautiful butterflies sacrifice
themselves on the altar of false hopes in men
who would be quicker to clip their wings than
participate in being free with them.
but everyone once in a while butterflies
realize that they must fly to their Sun and
that by this light the darkness all around
disappears and smoothes out
their blights and fears.
the beautiful butterfly realizes that she is beautiful just as she is..
