I'll just act like it doesn't hurt,
I'll just smile through the pain,
I'll keep this mask on just a little more,
I'll pretend it doesn't make me feel weak,
I'll just say that I don't care, and
I'll make sure no one knows when I cry,
You, you just stay the same,
Keep ignoring me and pretending like I'm not there,
Just stay you, and I'll stay me.
