Life stands still
All you know passes
Friends, family crashes
Reality ceases to make sense
Memory rots
As if the ropes of sanity are pulled taut

Body stays
Mind ages
Seeming to eat itself from the inside
Not knowing anything but here and now
When the brain slows reality speeds

When the world moves. You move
Nothing can change this
If immortality is only reserved for gods
And fate determines what happens
Then your fate is death
God does not choose, because:
If fate exists, then god cannot…
