Syphon
How broken is my heart
thats words cannot repair
How damaged is my soul
that I can't feel its there
The love thats given wont penetrate
When you fix the cracks, you find its too late
The people and thoughts go right through
leaving no spot, for me, or for you
The questions and tears that cleanse my face
of the mask and the vanity I cover with haste
The syphon is all I can feel in myself
how much longer, can I go without help.
