what's the use of words if they aren't worth speaking?
what's the point in news if it's not worth leaking?
why do we keep secrets not worth keeping?
why do we love when there's no chance of being loved?
why do we hope when life is a wobbly tight rope?
because we're stupid.
we're crazy.
we dream when there's no need.
we try to sow happiness, yet we have no seed.
if we were smart, we would stay away.
if we were smart, we would avoid the pain.
instead, we run straight into the rain.
