To Dream a Dream

To dream a dream,
To stitch a seam.
To take a fairy,
on an open prairie.
To spell desire
In burning fire,
With death by rain
To drive me sane.
I cast a shadow in the midnight sun,
When signs say walk i say lets run.
To say aloud what should not be said,
To yearn for hunger just so you could be fed.
It's all the same inside your head.
