Lies..
Why do you treat me this way?
Have I done something wrong?
We used to be perfect until she came along
You say you have nothing to hide,
That I’m obsessed and paranoid...
You tell me you love me and you’re all mine
You laugh when I say I can take truth
Is this because you know I can’t?
Your lies hurt more than the truth
So why not just come out and say it?
You don’t call or text anymore
But when you do, you're short and cross
The longer I stay, the more I hurt
Waiting for the truth is disappointing and sad
Especially since I can see through your lies
