flipside of my pillow
like the
flipside of the sun.
cold and dark,
unknown and fearful.
flipside of my hand
like the
flipside of the soil.
lined and weathered,
soft and welcoming.
flipside of my mirror
like the
flipside of the world.
everything the same,
but excruciatingly different.
flipside……..
