sole of my soul

the sole of my soul,
different
sides.
the muddy crevices
where despair
likes to hide.
the ridged curves
where misery
resides.
flat open spaces
is
joy’s
abode.
excitement sits
on the tip
all alone.
and in the far back,
never seeing the light of day,
fear of my own.
