I wanted to be the girl with the story.
The girl who could say
‘Yeah I know what you’re going through’
With out it being a lie just to try to get you to feel better.

I wanted to be the girl with a story.
The girl who could say
‘Hey live my life, then complain how hard yours is’
To the girls who think a broken nail is the end of the world.

Now that I am that girl,
Who has a story,
A story that is hard to talk about at times,
Can’t I take it all back?
