The morning sun rises
Frost melts away, welcoming
Spring
A new flower blooms,
Petals open to the rays of
Summer
Flourishing and beautiful,
Swaying in the breeze of
Autumn
Shivering, hiding from the cold
Withering, coated by the snow of
Winter
As its sun sets.


A blossom waits for Spring.

This was a piece done for my Creative Writing class. Normally, I prefer to do fiction, but I was required to taste at least once every genre, so...

I guess this isn't too shabby. XD
