The End
We sit there,
Staring.
I can feel my heart,
Dropping,
Pulling,
Screaming,
Melting.
This feeling,
It’s blistering me.
You can’t see it from the outside,
But it’s peeling away on the inside.
All these emotions,
Are gathering,
And it’s terrorizing me.
Listening to your scattered words,
Darting from one sentence to another,
It shakes me,
Until it finally sinks in.
The end has now submerged into my mind.
