Nowhere- You're Now Here
Wandering the wood
On a cold December day
I stumbled upon
A sign forgot, standing in my way
Nowhere- you’re Now Here
It read
The only truth
No one ever said
Chased away
My biggest fear
The only thing
That was sincere
Nowhere- you’re Now Here
It said
As I lay
Alone in bed
Moved to NYC
Chasing down a dream
Received a letter
And it tore me at the seam
Nowhere-you’re Now Here
It read
And that was all
It ever said
I wrote the words
I sang the songs
And when no one looked
I danced along
Nowhere- you’re Now Here
That letter said
As it chased the dream
Back out of my head
From the safety
Of my bed
I travel the world
In my head
Nowhere- you’re Now Here
A sign once read
It’s the only place
This road has led
