The World of Black and White
The window is glazed in streaks of rain,
I peer through, seeing a helpless butterfly.
It cries tears, as the angels cry from heaven,
washing away its wings glistening colors.
The pour butterfly is now black and white.
As it clings from petal to petal, everything else,
turns into the butterflies new world.
The world of no color.
The world of black and white.
