I have to leave you

So much pain

You cause that pain
And so I must leave
But I can't
I love you too much
Why is it
That it's so impossible
To be happy with you?
Why does the very sound of your voice
Make me cry?
How can you
Who loves me so
Be the cause of all this misery?
You
So gentle
So kind
Broke me
There's nothing left
Of me at this point
Nothing to love
Or be loved
So why can't I leave you?
