Thoughts
I repeated our conversation
Consistently in my head,
Trying to figure out
was it something I said.
Was it my fault
That we no longer continued
Something that was so right,
Was it my fault
That our love blinded our sight
Were we blinded
or just didn’t want to face reality,
The reality,
of what we wanted couldn’t happen exactly.
Months go by
And feelings grew,
You wanted me
And I wanted you.
Memories followed
Everything I did and seen,
From our first and last kiss,
And everything in between.
Now weeks later
After everything had been said and done,
I still wonder,
“ Could’ve Love possibly won?”
