the reason for my words

when people ask me why I write I simply say...
Because writing isn't just a hobby; neither is it out of boredom...
writing is my escape from my unbearable reality;
it is my voice, my expression,and my way through life.
I write and I'm free,
I come back to reality and I'm stuck in my room like a prisoner trying to break free
or a little bird stuck in a cage never to be set free;
never to be let out into the world to spread its wings
