I talk so you'll notice me,
I stay silent in case I say the wrong thing.
I do something so you'll look my way,
I do nothing in fear of doing it wrong.
I look at you to catch your eye,
I look away so you'll never know.
I try so hard,
not hard enough.
I do all I can,
but its not much.
Maybe one day I'll have you
and I'll have the strength to tell you
how I really feel, but for now,
I'll talk so you notice me and
stay silent in case...
