Killing A Little Girl
The candle blows out
Not by force, but by choice
The light sinks to darkness
There's whispers in her voice
She knows better than to cry
When the fighting turns to screams
Her parents don't realize
They haunt her every dream
They look at her with hate filled eyes
And blame everything on her
She smiles but it's filled with pain
They're killing a little girl
Outside she's good at acting
No one can tell the difference
But inside her heart cries
She stuck in her parents grip
Tears roll down her cheeks at night
From the lack of knowing love
How can no one see the agony
How could life be so rough
