Statue
I stand like a statue,
Isolating myself from the world.
I cry like the rain falls down,
During the night when no one can me.
I hide in a cave like a bear
At night when it’s fast asleep.
I cover myself in hatred and misery;
The only thing I know best.
I make these wounds that fade to scars
That never disappear.
I hold my breath;
I count to five,
And then I die.
