something dark and depressing
They may not know it
But we all suffer in silence
The ridicule, the remarks
This is what has brought us here
To this place of loneliness and silence
Alone yet still together
We stand in this room
Self conscious and scared
To afraid to tell a soul the depression is eating us alive
Its driving us to a point where all wrong chases away the right
Leaving us in the darkness of our own minds
You listen for a sign of happiness
But all that is received leaves you smaller than ever before
You try to get out but depression has got you
Under its wing
leading you to the point of no return
