Heart's Notebook
It’s black And red, with old Scars amongst its seams,
But still it Holds my hopes And dreams,
In cramped Sharpie ink, there Is my name,
So you know who to Blame.
It’s always in my Bag, no Matter where I go,
Like our Hands that move to and fro,
It has never Once managed to evade my Sight,
Not even The darkest of Nights.
I write Everything and Anything important inside,
Letting my true Thoughts and Feelings amongst the paper glide.
But no one can See them, except Maybe you,
Only if you Promise to treasure my Heart’s notebook Too.
