I sung a song of my past MAG
I swore I was a dolphin,
And though I was quite young
I swore I was the bitter song
That the siren had sung.
Swore that I was the bolded X
Marked on the treasure map.
The forever sealed with a kiss
On an envelope flap.
Swore I was the syrupy coating
On an old candied apple
One of the many facts
On a cap of expired Snapple.
And though everyone else wanted to grow,
I promised I would stay young.
So I swore to myself that I would always be
The bitter song that the siren had sung.
