Being the forgotten
Being forgotten…
Makes things difficult
Sometimes it’s better to be hated
Then the be forgotten
When you get forgotten,
You’re unloved
You’re unwanted
You’re unneeded
But how is it fair?
Because when they forget you,
You never forget them
They stay.
You pass them,
Biting your lip
They overlook your face
They overlook your presence
You have faded to them
Into the background
You faded into the wall
That’s where you belong
In their heart and mind
You’re another brick in the wall
That they never look at
They never care about it
They never notice it
It is just there
