Locket worn around my neck
never opened always kept,
keep your secret hidden safe
broken picture with no face,

Left unto the artist's fate
draw the smile
draw the eyes
never know the pain it hides

Draw the ears,
hair and nose,
never know the pain it holds

Hide behind your guilded frame
let others paint your face by day
by night the paint begins to fade.
