Contemplation of Meaning
Sanity; where have you gone?
Why have you abandoned me so?
were you ever there? do you exist?
If you exist, I don't remember you being with me.
The illusion of sanity, yes. What people perceive as sanity,
is still strong and pressing as ever.
But if sanity is but an illusion, What is insanity?
If sanity is the impression of normality,
insanity must me the impression of Abnormality.
So the question is brought about --
what is normal? The absent-minded opinions
of our trend-setting "role models" have nothing to go with the philosophical, logical, and reasonable definition of sane and insane -- normal and abnormal.
But--
what is is? the question torments me and mocks me daily as I wonder which category I fit into.
All I can do for the hope of answering the question is to live
without worrying about acceptance.
