Heavy iron around the lion’s mane
Keep under the dark of night
Forced to play the Tamer’s game
Dance around under colorful light

Fed only cuts of beef
Tamed in the eyes of white faces
Rest, gather on rotten leaf
Never heard always nameless

Lions dream of something more
To stalk in grasses far
Let out a thunderous roar
let the Tamer tells you who you are
