You were gone
For 1,095 days
I missed you
Three fatherless Father’s Days
You can’t take it back
The mother of your child
Is left to take care of me, your daughter
For 1,095 days
Alone
I know that you’re sorry
I know you regret
But the damage is done
The tears that I shed
Were for you in your cell
She tried to protect me
