Your soft lips
brush against mine
too persuasive
your penetrating eyes
burn into mine
locking my gaze
your warm hand
holds my face
making me forget
the lies you've told
to me

Your arm locks
against my waist
keeping me prisoner
to you
your fingers knot
in my hair
pulling my face
closer to yours
your lips part
washing your breath
into my face
hot and minty
making me forget
the bad things
you've done

Your thumb rubs
soothingly
against my cheek
your nose skims softly
along my throat
my mind goes blank
not thinking
nothing
you make me forget
everything but
you
