Completion
I’m not losing my mind.
 It might seem so,
It’s just love I need not find.
 This girl seems so thorough,
 She completes me.
Just her presence makes me smile,
This is all she wants to see.
I helped her through a stage of denial.
She is grateful for the assistance.
She says she loves me for my kindness.
She has my kind of persistence,
And I enjoy the way she kisses.
 She makes me feel whole.
She gives me a feeling of importance,
 And that I’m never alone.
She makes me feel good about my personality as well as my appearance.
 I think this could work,
 Yet we are so young,
And I can be such a jerk,
But I don’t want this to be another love song to be sung.
So I’m going to give this my best,
Enjoy your outstanding beauty while your mine,
 Give my hatefulness a rest,
And hope that it’s my faults love will undermine.
