This Girl
She's a lonely girl with black dead eyes.
Her silence screams as loud as her raging cries
Nobody knows, nobody sees
Nobody hears her say 'God please'
She wishes to be taken away tonight
For she can't carry on with this fight
The internal flame she once had lit in her soul
Has burnt out and turned ice cold
She tries so hard to keep her chin up
But nothing seems to work so she thinks of giving up
The voice in her head repeats the words 'why me?'
The scars on her arms show you she just wants to be free.
