Winter's haze
The night is cold and foggy,
the wind is playing a beautiful symphony,
Innocent snowflakes dance in circles,
They all look like players from a circus.
Coldness wraps its arms around me,
Like a lover, afraid of letting me be.
I struggle against it, no longer free,
Not a love game, but a painful nightmare.
Soon I am defeated, locked in a cold embrace,
A warm smile forms on my lips
As the flow of life slowly leaves me
And I enter the world of eternal beauty.
