Downfall
This country of ours, so beautiful and strong
Is not as perfect as it seems
You see the bad news, what could be so wrong?
You notice the downfall, but can you hear the screams?

I see the people losing hope
I feel the tension between the enemies
will we ever find a way to cope?
I can taste a wave of displease

You walk down the street and see people crying,
 Will we ever be free?
 Everyday there are soldiers dying
Our country is coming to destruction, can’t you see?

I believe though, that we still have a chance
 That amongst all this chaos
Peace will have one last dance
